But I never turned on the sprayer. Will I still be charged?

For the water? Water comes into your house through a meter so yes it will cost money. If that’s not what you mean then sorry I don’t understand.

Toadstone: Yes it’s real question. And you don’t have to be rude about it.
I just want to double check cuz I didn’t turned on the sprayer but I left the water hose on.
