My friend is still in love with him.
My friend, Miranda, broke up with her boyfriend around July. His name is Michael. She thought she didn’t love him anymore, but, i guess she was wrong. Since school started, she has been miserable because she still loves him, but, he doesnt love her back. She tries to get back with him as much as she can but he uses it against her and shows her pictures of these girls that he likes now and she likes him but then when he acts immature and retarded, she starts hating him and tells me she is officially DONE with him and over him and is happy without him… but the next day she is crazy about him and is crying because she wants him back, and its torture for her because he talks about other girls with her saying how much he likes them and he knows she wants him back and still loves him, but hes a jerk. and when she was dating him, she knew i didnt want them to be together because i knew something would happen and it would ruin her life… like before. she dated him about 4 times and she keeps going back to him! and everytime i tell her to stop and forget about him and that its not worth it and he’s just a jerk and that something is gonna happen and he’s gonna cause u to lose another really close friend. and she keeps telling me “i know, im over him. im not going back and no matter how much i might want to, stop me because ur right… he’s gonna mess up my life again. i PROMISE i wont go back to that… ” and she means it because she keeps that promise for a while but then once he starts talking to her again, and they have a good time, all of those memories of them pop up in her head and she falls for him again. but he is just a jerk! and sometimes, he can be sweet but he is an *** hole and i dont want her to get hurt again because eventually i know they are probably gonna get back together. and tonight, she sent me a message on skype saying “KERI, MICHAEL IS A JERK. HIM AND JOHN WONT STOP ANNOYING ME AND THEY’RE ACTING IMMATURE!!! I CANT TAKE THIS. COME AND KIDNAP ME, TAKE ME ANYWHERE.” and he had one of his friends/one of her ex’s over his house and they are both the most immature, annoying, and retarded people i have EVER met and still, she falls for michael. she is WAYYYY over John, but michael……………………. idk why she loves him.. i dont see it. she totally forgets the fact that he’s a jerk and immature and only thinks about the good times they had, and once he acts like that, she HATES him…. but still loves him. just annoyed with him. but its EVERY DAY that he acts like this and she can do SOOO much better then him and i hate seeing her get hurt!!! :( What should i do? because almost every day she is upset because she cant get over him and seeing him everyday at school makes it worse for her. She wants to be with him sooo bad but every time they dated, she got hurt and every time… she lost at least one close friend. and then a few months later, she misses him and wants to be back together with him but she doesnt think about how much she has been hurt by him and how much she has lost by beeing with him. I dont want her to get hurt again :(…
