I need to find a jeweller to set an opal for me.

As a gift for my 18th birthday a family member bought me an opal and is paying for it to be made into a necklace/ring/etc. Where could I find a jeweller that would make me a bespoke item, uniquely for me? I am in the Midlands, UK. Thank you.
