I sweat too much.
This passing weekend, my girlfriend and I were laying in bed when she noticed I was sweating a lot. She pointed it out and it sort of hit me that I do sweat a lot. When I wake up from sleep, there’s a small pool of it. I sweat a normal amount when I’m working out, but I do sweat also when I’m still. I’m a swimmer so I drink a lot of water. I need to, though. Is there anything I can do naturally that’ll help me out?
