Where did chat go to?

Is it just me or has chat gone? I’m assuming theres a good reason for this but I think I must of missed it.

I can get to chat using helpbots “realtimechat” link. But its not at the top of my page anymore !?!!?

I don’t think I did sorry, I mean I can get onto it if I type its url in. but theres no button there anymore to lead me there.

I know I’m not muted because I can still chat in there…but its just weird thats all. Even more weird that its only happening to me?

It could be because Yourabi is working on the re-deign of the site
This could affect small things such as this.
Hey me and a couple of users completely lost help.com for a while one time and other users had no change. Gice it a couple of hours or so. The try logging in and out maybe close the browser log back in and see.
