I really want to get into programing and internet work does anyone know of any young companies that will hire and train you too?

I know I’m asking a lot I have a base of knowledge I just don’t have the advanced web knowledge. :0(

thanks for the sarcasm … I have a degree in international business and I’ve had two successful internet companies .. what I don’t have is programing knowledge but in the meantime I can bring a lot of value to an organization. but thanks nevertheless!
