My brother was injured in a car accident and is partially paralyzed.

he is totally in love with his home health nurse. she is always good to him. he told me that she gves him hand jobs. he’s 20 so he’s adult. can’t she get in trouble? but i don’t really want to say anything to my folks bc he is so in love with her. plus she’s nice and pretty. part of me is happy for him, bc his girlfriend left him after the accident. should i be worried?

Does he have any mental problems since the accident.
If he can’t be held responsible, then I can’t see her getting into trouble unless someone else told.
I would assume she’s doing it with his consent?

I would maybe monitor the situation.
If he’s happy…
It would be difficult to speak to her about it, as she would know your brother told…and she might quit with embarrassment.

I’d say she’s in big trouble already and is in jeopardy of losing her license. You may be complicit if you don’t report it immediately to the authorities.

I’d say leave what is be. Because he has suffered this kind of tragedy to his life and impacted even his relationships. Let him be, if it helps any talk to your brother about it and get everything straightened before you make any snap decisions get his side of the story and ask what’s really going on.
