You know something, it’s not up to your family to decide who you should marry. You are a grown woman and only you can choose who you should be with. This is just something that your family will just have to accept, if you and your lover really love each other and are destine to be together, there isn’t anything that they can do about it.

you could just get married, your life so your decision, but if you do then your family might not accept you or want to communicate depending on how strongly against the idea they are. maybe try to come up with a compromise like….you marry him, but you keep your family surname. Ask them why they have a problem with this guy and try to figure it out.

but please make sure this guy is worth it, if he treats you right and truly loves you, then you should get together, but dont let yourself be…..betrayed, if your just glad that you found someone, and your not really sure if they like you, its not worth risking your family bond….
