? 32 weeks pregnant .Excessive sweating?

what causes Excessive sweating in just one hand after taking blood sugar?
Since becoming pregnant I have had gestational diabetes , today- when i tested my blood sugar after wards my hand that I tested it is sweating, its almost like water- I am NOT hot– been going on for 2 hours! I can’t seem to get it to stop!
I always use alcohol wipes when I test so its not from being dirty, anyone know what causes this?

blood sugar was 141 two hours after eating
I am going to the doctors in a few hours today anyways but wanted to know if anyone knew what this could be from?
