what is the easiet and quickest way to lose alot of weight…

If there were a quick and easy way to lose weight, we’d all be doing it. The only way is diet and excercise. Its not quick and its not easy. But diet pills and all the fang dangled chemicals they sell do not work.
i know thats true,but i dont care about the concequences etc and diet and excercise……………….just dont work
If diet and excercise are not working then your hormones and metabolism are unbalanced. You will need to see your GP. There is good treatment for this now. Once you get that sorted, then diet and excercise will give you excellent results.
what prescisly do you mean by diet and excercie?well i know its obvious,but i NEED food,i crave it all the time,and i cant even tell when im hungry or not hungry…???

not being able to tell when you’re hungry and not hungry is a disorder, i believe.
i suggest you go to the doctor for that.
but seriously.
sticking to 1500 - 2000 calories a day should be good.
and then exercising..
not just getting out and walking about two feet…

get on your bike and ride your *** off.
i spend an hour a day on my bike.
i go 15 miles within an hour, so that’s 15 miles an hour.
pretty fast.
but maybe you should tell us your height and weight.
i will personally help you out if you’d like.
it’s not hard to lose weight, trust me.

and you don’t want to lose it fast and you don’t want it to be easy.

You must educate yourself about nutritional values. If you cannot tell when you are trully hungry that can be a problem.
Reduce your calorie intake drasticly & begin to excersise. If you do not loose weight then, there is probably another distictive problem you have that is related to this.
Fast and radical weight loss would be gastric bypass or lap band. These are options that are only available and performed on the morbidly obese.
I agree with everything laurenbeast posted. It isnt that hard if you trully want to do it and are motovated w/ a little good self control mixed in.

The over eating could be an emotional issue to. Many people resort to eating comfort foods, not because theyre hungry but because it makes them feel better temporarily. Are you feeling depressed about anything at the moment ?
no, you don’t want to drastically reduce your calorie intake too fast.
you need to break it down a few hundred calories over a period of time.
taking it all away really fast will hurt you.
you’ll gain more because your body will make more fat because it’ll think it’s starving.
so you need to go slow with it.
which is why i asked for your height and weight, so you can check your BMI and figure out how many calories you need to keep your current weight.
knowing that, you can subtract a little, and lose a little weight.

Im around 5′10 ish maybe 11.And Im around 13 and a half stone, I dont look mordibloy obesse or anything,i most of the weight is ont he upper theighs and belly,I also have 36 FF.
I try not to eat too much i normally skip a breakfast have some sorta pastry as a snak a sandwhich or pastry for lunch i mostly drink dinner and try to eat a healthy dinner…..but i dont have alot of money to cook REALLY healthy stuff but i do try.Im obbsessed with chocolate though,i could and osmetimes do eat LOADDDSSS of it.
on the issue of eating and not knmowing when im full and not being able to tell if im hungry or not,Im worried that this could be because im on the pill :s

but it’s okay.
you don’t necessarily have to spend a lot of money to buy healthy foods.
i suggest keeping some fruits, some vegetables that you like, some dairies like lowfat yogurt or cheese, and some lean meats around the house.
for the dairy stuff, go for the generic kinds, like store-brand. not the expensive ones. you can still get stuff that’s healthier for cheaper.
always go for the fresh veggies and fruits because canned ones are processed and aren’t good for you.
for meats…go to the deli part of the store :D if you like turkey, that’s really good. it’s really healthy for you.

don’t be afraid of red meats like people tell you too, they’re not bad for you.
hmmmm…what else should i tell you…
oh! for breads…i’m not sure if you like rye bread but it’s WAY good for you!
even better than wheat bread.
but if you don’t like that then stick with just wheat bread.
always avoid white bread.
and you should always eat breakfast, no matter what.
skipping breakfast will actually help you gain weight rather than lose it.
so yeah stick to fruits and veggies for snacks.
if you like sugary things and carbs, search until you find the healthy ones.
dunno if you have wheat thins or triscuits where you live but if you do, get those!

I think ive tried rye bread and it was to stong for me ,but all the other stuff seems do able.I havent eaten breakfast often since i was like…….13 i always feel sick after doing it. :s

you’re welcome. but i can’t eat breakfast right away either. i have to wake up fully before i do it even so…just snack a little bit.

if worse comes to worse and you have to live on mcdonalds for the rest of your life
don’t fret!
just get salads or chicken.
what i mean is…
there are always healty choices, no matter where you go
and it all depends on how you eat
a salad at mcdonalds is bad for you if you put lots of other things on it, like dressing
but there are also healthier dressings
just be careful :D
and don’t be afraid to indulge on things every once in a while, like going out with your friends and eating a meal that isn’t so healthy, or having ice cream or chocolate
things like that once in a while are sort of healthy too, i think, because they make you feel happy (:
