question help: We have a website done with Publisher 2000. - Help.com

We have a website done with Publisher 2000.

As I understand it, we are limited to nine pages that are a finite length, not scrolldown.

Question: Can we add pages? We want to add photos, but don’t have
enough room as is.

As you can tell, I’m not tech savvy. We had help creating our site and it’s very easy to maintain. Our URL is http://www.nccirishsociety.org. We really want to be able to put pictures on our site. Can we do it using the Publisher 2000 that we have? Or if that doesn’t allow us enough room, can the web site be picked up and moved to another program? And how would you do that? We’d like to use one of the
free programs, I forget now what names I had thought of. I don’t know where to start.

Thanks for any advice.
