i 14 and waigh 55 kg all my friends say im skinny but i think im fat.
ive stoped eating before and fainted and im not eating now i want to do something else to loose waight quiker please help me!

that is stupid. You are a perfectly average weight. besides if your friends think your skinny then thats that, why do you have to be the one to think your fat? Don’t you realize how dangerous not eating is? Your body needs at least SOME energy. it needs energy just to think. being anorexic is a disease believe it or not and you shouldnt try to get into a habit!
but yeah, i know how you feel, you want to be supermodel skinny right? please understand that there is nothing wrong with that but you can NEVER stop eating to a point where you feel weak, dizzy or eventually faint like you did.
Now listen carefully.
excersize is key to losing weight. but you cant exersize whithout energy, therfore, eat HEALTHY FOOD which saves you from having to starve yourself! its good to eat a light dinner earlier than usual like a salad or soup at around 6. skim milk, low fat yogurt and all those other reduced fat foods are very good for breakfast. and those protein bars that people say are good for dieting? most dont really work so avoid those (they dont taste like whatever their supposed to anyway XD) . No deep fried foods or sweets
exersize, like I said is very important. Swimming, jogging or just walking outdoors is very good. you can also try small exersizes like sit ups while watching tv
DO NOT TRY TO QUIT EATING, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT

dont let anyone tell you your too fat… not even yourself becouse you ARE NOT FAT
and, losing too much weight at ne time is also very dangerous. If it at such a rapid rate, you will lose some of the fat but your skin will go all flabby
yes, exactly. you might just wanna go to a gym or sth, get a training programme and eat normally. this will make you feel a lot better and get your body into a better shape.
for your weight, i’d say it’s pretty good. unless you’re extra short or sth..
for 14 thats like a great weight. Don’t think our fat because your probably not. please don’t stave your self!! bad idea! my friend passed away 2 years ago because she thought she was fat and stopped eating (she was actually like perfect size) then she started getting smaller and smaller and got really sick and ya…

you are definately not fat, i feel the same way too im 13 and i weigh 116. its such a hard time, being this age, and thinking all the time that your too fat, but you gota understand that everyone is beautiful not matter what the weight it. my friends say im soo pretty and im not saying im fat but i feel i am. dont look at yourself like that. look at yourself as a beautiful person, and the weight problem wont seeem to bother you as much.
what? thats exactly how much i weigh! and goodness sake everyone asks me how i stay so perfectly healthy!! thats no where near fat!

Depending on your height, you might not be fat. If you want to lose weight don’t eat less, just monitor what you are eating (fatty/sugary foods in particular) and try to increase exercise.
