Although craig says this is an “MP4″ player it is not! It will only recognize video files in .amv format. So, first you need to make sure the videos are in .amv format. If not download an amv converter, you can find one here:

Once the vids are properely converted plug in your “mp4″ player. Click on “My Computer”. Now you should see your player listed in the E: drive (it will say removable disk). Double click this drive and there is your storage for the player. Now, go to where the now properly converted .amv file is located on your computer and right click the .amv file, select copy, go to your E: drive, right click and paste. If done correctly, the video should transfer from your computer to the player.

.avi files are not working on mine what else could I do
