MY self confidence is low.
Please help me find ways to love myself. I think im fat, and im doing alot to make myself thin its working but my self confidence is still too low.. PLEASE HELP!!

You could start improving your self confidence by not calling yourself fat. Why are you trying to lose weight? So youll like yourself, or so other people will like you??
Since when did being fat make someone a bad person? I’m sure you’re a perfectly likable person fat or not.
well, im not that big really but i used to be and i still see that person. My boyfriend and my mum and my friends think im not, they think im beautiful.. but i just want to see that in myself.
Im a thin person, and Ive always thought thin women werent very attractive. The grass is always greener somewhere else huh?
Ive figured out though that it doesnt actually matter for most people what you look like. It doesnt matter what size jeans you wear or how big your bust is, or what color/length your hair is. All guys (and everyone else) really look for and like in a person is confidence. Im sure your mom and bf are right and youre a beautiful person, so if you tell yourself your beautiful, youll feel it.
nawww.. thanks (: i hae bug breats too.. lol which may people say manke me look bigger than i am.i just want my tummy and legs toned they have gotten so much better since ie bee working out and **** and steve (my bf) says ive tonned up heaps he can really tell the diference but he loved me the way i was but he dont care cause he loves my persoanlity no matter what i look like he thinks im the only girl in the world.. Ive always noticed that my friends who have a bigger chest always think theyre too fat, when really it just their boobs that make them feel that way. It could be the same for you.
Id just keep working out if all you want to do it get toned. Its great that theres things you love about your body and theres things youre improving for your own sake and no one elses. By the sounds of it, you have a great bf :]
yer possibly, its manly my tummy n my legs when i facing the mirror, i kinah like the way i look side on,..but hate front on. so yer and steve is amazing. im the luckiest girl in the world :)
go the gym atleast once a week to make urself feel better =) look at the skinny ******* .. and work like hell !
lol, i work out at home, i walk and run on the tredmill for like 5 kms a day i use this vrbrating machine like 30 mins a day i do sit ups and walk to as many places as possible.plus i eat pretty healthy.. lol plus my best mate is the size of a ******* stick… LITERALLY LOL. i just feel bad about myself..
im sorry i have the same issue, im the girl that walks down the hall with her arms folded to cover the tummy fat, and the one who has to wear small jackets to cover my arms and tummy, i hate it
if you cant go to the gym. try a low carb diet. it works really well and its fast.
