hey, ive been looking at the articles from the UNCRC (United Nations Convention on the rights of the Child) and theres one i dont really understand.

its ‘You have the right to get, and
to share, information as long as
the information is not damaging
to yourself or others.’
It would be great if somone could tell me what it means please:)

basically you have the right to obtain information if it doesnt affect you or anyone else negatively
