life help: I feel like I have come to a stop in my life, and status quo bores me. - Help.com

I feel like I have come to a stop in my life, and status quo bores me.

I want more fun and excitement in my life but can’t build up the self-confidence to take action. If someone could answer this with something different to all those ‘live life to the fullest rants’, id appreciate it. Thanks.

Are you trying to think of a fun thing to do (big or small) or are you trying to learn how to be more spontaneous?

It’s kind of a broad question. At work or play?
