Month help: Actually the real problem with Outlook Express is the spell checker - Help.com

Actually the real problem with Outlook Express is the

spell checker which gives French as the language to check instead of English which it should be. Changed last month while I was online and is the only choice listed in the spell checker tool box. I have tried options, view, encoding, etc. and nothing will change it or add other languages.

They are the ones that I know most and interested in, it has to be an Electronic Engineering report, and has to be 2,000 to 3,500 words.

Choose the one that you are a. have the most interest, b. you are able to research to complete the project within the time table given and c. fits the requirements of the instructor.

The french language error is a bug in Office 2007, and surprise surprise, Microsoft aren’t doing anything about it until the end of this year. So if we’re lucky we might get it around end of 2009.

The only thing you can do, is go back to 2003 version which doesn’t seem to be affected, or install a third party spell check program. Thankfully there are plenty of free ones.

I probably have, but nothing comes to mind at the moment. I think everyone has unexplained moments ranging from a little blip that strikes you as strange and out of the ordinary to ones that are really quite strong that make you want to puzzle it out and write it down.

Thank you for your suggestion about a 3rd party spell checker. I’ll try it.
