My vision.
Sorry, no poem today, but I do want to tell you about a dream I had. It’s not even a dream, more like a vision. Imagine a circular wall with entrences on the north, south, east, and west sides. The entrences did not have gates, they were just gaps left open in the wall. It was outside and the sky was blue, just blue. There were no clouds or anything like that. This wall was encircling nothing really, just a hard floor that looked like smooth white concrete. But in the center of the concrete area was an extremely still pool. A girl came through one of the entrences. She was tall and very inocent looking. She walked toward the center where the pool was. With curiosity, but still with purpose, she lightly touched the water. A spark of light quickly went off. Then, as the water began to ripple, it overflowed, but only slightly. As the water spilled through the area, everywhere it went something grew. Trees began to grow, along with flowers. It was beautiful, like the garden of Eden. The water was blue and sparkled, it looked so pure. The girl stood back and only watched with a look that was not of surprise. The water passed the entrances and spilled down a steep never-ending concrete staircase. It flowed until it looked like a waterfall, then kept flowing. And that is my vision.

Wow. Interesting vision. The tides are turning in your favour, creation has come anew. Are you feeling happy now, or is it a happiness that will descend upon you soon?
Wow! sounds something like one would imagine heaven. Your mind and these visions you get, explains why you can write as good as you do. Enjoyed very much. Thanks for that invite. Keep writing also :)

I am feeling much better. I haven’t had the urge to cut in a while.

The creation of man is the social machine that shackles people to a life of servitude. By removing this, we become free and one with nature again.

Fantastic, that is great to hear :D
I’ve never had a vision before! I was listening to my iPod (if you’ve seen pan’s laberynth I was listening to Pan’s luliby) and it just kept replaying in my head.

I agree with Bogdan.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjZZd0… this is the song I was listening to.
I really wish I could describe it better. It was just so amazing!
Words cannot express the perfection of paradise. If the cannot encompass the imperfect, how can they be expected to do better?
I guess. I just don’t know why I had it. It was about midnight and I was on the bus heading back to the school after a football game I marched in. I was half asleep and half awake.
Upon the edge of dreaming, the visions lie, waiting to be picked up by the weary traveler. Truth be told without the constraint of reality and without the confusion of sleep.
If I want a vision, I take a bath, let the tap drip slowly, focus on that and I drift off. Very nice, very scary sometimes
Hey, thanks for the invite. I promise I’ll give appropriate feedback in the morning ;D
Sorry for this being so late ;)
Its a very vivid set of images you’ve written about, and I’m sure that in your mind it was even more so. I’m reminded of the video game Okami by your description of the flowing water–though I doubt you’d be familiar with it…
This video is of very poor recording quality, but I feel it gives a good representation of what I mean: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LpBP-k…
Strange. It is a bit similar. I should check out the game. Is it good? I love video games. =D
It’s amazing! It’s like taking the Legend of Zelda series basics, taking out all of the standard mythology, replacing it with Japanese folklore and setting it in ancient Japan as well–and there’s the beauty of nature element too :D
It’s on PS2 and Wii, I’ve never played the PS2 version, but the Wii one is, in my opinion, the best use of Wii controls in a non sports game yet. (ok, I’ll stop sounding like an advertisement now XD )
I’ll definetly check it out!! I love the wii. Plus I love art and nature, and it seems like a combination of those two.
Yeah, a good deal of the game is about using paintbrush skills (directly done with the Wii controls) to activate magic or abilities. It’s very clever.
Cool. I have to go. I’ll look at the game when I find time. =D Thanks for the tip.
