I have treid several times to gain access to my e-mail

account and i am still unable to gain access when my computer broke down it was fixed and some time has elasped since then but after many and i mean many times i am still unable to log on and get my e-mail The message that i now get is i have log on to many times and cannot change my pass word please tell me what i can do and be advised that i am blocked by msn for logging on too many times so how do i resolve this delima my e-mail address is as follows
