You could find someone else, or do something to take your mind off of her.

unfortunately there is no simple answer for this.
try to keep busy..get hobbies..get involved in something. something you’ll start to care about and can put a lot of energy into. you’ll grow pride in that and it will be good for your self esteem anyway.
meanwhile, maybe try to move on.

There are plenty more out there for you. More then likely she isn’t the one for you. For now, do something else that you like.

you need to get out all of your emotions before you move on to another.

Just keep being yourself in front of everyone until one of them excepts you.

This is hard because you can’t just forget about someone, even though you may wish you could. I know you probably don’t want to hear this, but give it time. Eventually you will get over her, or maybe you will be able to date her. Try to immerse in activities with your friends or maybe you could even make new friends. I know this is hard, but life is all about these challenges and you’ll make it through! Good luck! :)
