community hall or if your parents will allow you, you could resort to a houseparty just cut down on number of people invited, other than that i cant suggest alot ! nothings cheap these dayss !

Golf clubs often have banquet halls for rent. Depending on which one, it could be within your price range if available at all. Try that out

Try a Knight of columbus hall or a VFW hall they are usually pretty cheap. Good Luck
