Can’t find an answer on Help.com homepage, can someone explain what Posts Touched means and how does it work?

Also, is there a page on the site (that I haven’t found) that explains some of the other little ‘buttons’ on various posts? Any help (!) will be appreciated.

The green dot beside my name means I am online, the green man means I am verified, the glasshour clock means I am a long term user, the megaphone with 117 means I have 117 shouts, the green man with the plus sign means you can add me as a friend (minus means I am your friend), the hash symbol is if you want to send a person directly to a reply, it has it, the Medal with star, means you can vote a reply as quotable, the three inverted commas in the cloud is to quote someone and the flag is to report someone.
