Microsoft Zune Help.

I’ve had two (2) iPods before, and they both died on me. So I decided to get a Zune some months ago.
It was working fine until today; I turned it on to see a black screen, and then it just turned off. I’ve tried everything - playing with the hold switch, pressing all sorts of button combinations, etc. I put it in the computer and no luck. I called the hotline and had no luck there either. What should I/ can I do??

Do NOT tell me to get an iPod. I’ve had my share of troubles with THEM, thank you!

When my Zune bugged out like that, I just waited. A few days later, it was okay, although out of battery.

They said if I did, my warranty would end. Man, I feel like I’m in a Saw movie… either choice is bad.
