Okay, well, I was lying in bed last night and came up with this.
It’s not a story, not a poem, not a play, not anything, just…..something I thought of.
Every millenium there would be a huge raincloud that blanketed the earth, and it would rain and rain and rain for a day. There would be the worst hurricanes and tsunamis and tornadoes and earthquakes ever, but even if you didn’t secure anything and left all your windows and doors wide open, nothing would get wet, nothing would fall, nothing would be damaged. All computers would work, even if you pushed the power button, even if you unplugged them. Everything that runs on electricity would run without it. you could do anything you would be able to do if it was a normal sunny day, except contact someone. The people in your house, you could. You could talk to them, play with them, do whatever with them; however, even just the house across the street, you couldn’t see the people in it. If you went outside and stood right next to them, you wouldn’t see them, and wouldn’t hear anything they said. You wouldn’t be able to email anyone, even though the computers worked. If you tried to send a letter from the post office and a plane left to deliver it and got there safely, the mail would have just disappeared. Through it all the sun would be shining and you would be able to look at it without any glasses or goggles or anything. You would just be able to look.
Okay…that’s it. Yes, I am a freak like that :) I just put this together and wanted to share. Well, enjoy being confused! :D
