Wait until you are old enough to start a company/business venture wherever it is you live in the world, then start one. If your skills are in IT then that is a good direction to go in but noone else can tell you what new ideas you are going to come up with or what the market is in your neck of the woods - that’s for you to work out. You don’t sound entirely serious about running your own company though, if you just want a few hundred dollars to buy a computer get a job working for someone else. If you start a business unless you are very lucky you will spend a lot more on your company than you will earn in profit while you’re getting started and the business may fail leaving you broke or even in debt. You need drive and a love of both business and the product/service you provide. If you are serious you have four years untill you’re eighteen to check out the competition, come up with a business plan & get the thing started. That’s easily enough time to find out how business works if you put your mind to it.
