How to save money in an business ?

hey ppz well im doing a report right and working on a business which has hit finceical problem… if you are a business owner how would you cut down your cost … wat would you change … :D

There are a lot of ways to save money.

You could lay off a portion of your work force; and then either require the remaining employees to become more productive or have mandatory over time.

You could cut back on over head expenditures; I can’t give you more than that with out knowing your business.

In the same vain you can find ways to become more efficient.

You could close plants and sell off equipment; this would reduced your size; but it may save you from failure.

You can get a loan on you receivables.

You could outsource.

If you’re a global company you can restructure in such a way as to pay taxes to the country with the lowest tax burden.
