So I am working at a company that I enjoy.

I like the people there and the type of work that I am doing. The problem is that things are getting slow as far as the ammount of work available.
I was sort of offered another position at a different company making more money.

What would you do?

Sounds like you are a lot better off than many people right now! If there is a future with the other company and this one is slowing down, I say (without knowing any other factors) go for it!
