I think that is really bad, poor guy!
I reckon the driver when caught should be made to pay out for all the medical bills and then sent to prison and have his lisence taken away for life.
If you don’t know you have hit someone then you were not paying attention to the road to be fit to drive let alone hitting someone in the first place, I doubt he didn’t know because the damage that was done to that guy fromgetting hit must have done some damage to the other persons car.
Some people are evil.
