I’m so tired it hurts!

I’m almost in the burst of breaking down. Got so many things I have to do and whenever I take a rest I have to catch up with everything else that’s going on…

It’s really too much, and I literally ache… I mean physically (as well as emotionally). I’m taking 6 unversity courses, rehearsing with my band every sunday, and taking care of my other chores. Even now I have to run somewhere else to do something…

I really feel like crying…

Well, getting a good night’s sleep always helps me stay awake during the day. It makes it easier to get up and focus and stuff. Also, eating a good breakfast will probably help. Like fruit, and a healthy cereal, like cheerios.

Sleeping is not an issue, most of the time I sleep well. Sometimes I sleep late various days on a week, sometimes 10 o clock I’m inside my bed. It’s just all the things I have to do. I eat well, have cereal, yogurt, and a protein mix every morning. Eat good lunch’s and eat at night. It’s just that I have too much to do…
