i get dizzy when i blow my nose. does that mean im sick or what?

It could mean that you are blowing your nose very hard and the change in pressure is messing with your head. Assumably, you are very blocked up. You seem to have a cold. Only cure is time really. It’ll go away in a week or so. If possible, just sit down relax and ride it out.

My ex-girlfriend’s little brother had the same problem when he blew his nose. Of course, he picked his nose a lot so that might have had something to do with it.
