Please killing yourself is not the answer…there is always a way out of any situation. Stay with a friend or any other family member or get your own place if you are old enough.

You sound like you’re truly upset about this. But have you ever thought about maybe listening to her? Parents can handle it when you scream and yell at them and throw your little tantrums, but when you start doing exactly what they tell you to do, they think they broke you, and they freak out. Maybe even let her catch you chanting the names of some weird gods you made up.
Then, she’ll be nice to you simply to un-break you.

Yeah, I agree you need more schooling.
That’s a horrible sitution.
But if she’s always yelling that you should move out, you probably should. But do know that if you do- you’re going to have to put yourself through school, get a job, pay for the neccesities of life in today’s failing market.

Judging by the information you’ve given us, I think dropping out is a death sentence for you. You will not find a job with your education that will support you.

the way i see now is best choice is jusr run away now to a friends place, drop out, cant get a job cuz then cops would know where to find me, till i’m 18. by then who knows if i’ll still have my social security #, and my documents, i wasnt born in the usa. i’ve been here 11 years tho..
and maybe i will need those papers.

Yeah, you definitely need to finish school. I don’t think its a big deal if your mom wants to know where you are…hell my parents did the same thing. But the fact that she wont let you stay at a friends house and wants you home all the time is kinda crazy. Shes not letting you be a teenager. You almost need to tell her the more she tries to keep you home and not let you do things…the more she is pushing you away. Parents can be a ***** I know…I have been there. I hated my mom when I was your age but when I got to college she lightened up a bit, especially after I told her how I didn’t like the way she sheltered me and everything. Now our relationship is amazing! Communication is key. It can help you with your remaining time until you turn 18

You’re as good as deported if you’re not a citizen and you break the law.
I really do believe education is a big thing. Have you ever tried to sit your mom down and just talk to her and what you want and make a compomise.

Maybe she is afraid of you growing up leaving the house. Since you said she wants you in the house 24/7, she could just be trying to protect you. And if your an only child, maybe she is trying to protect the only thing she has. But she is going to far. Which leads to the arguing.
Yeah your best bet would be child services. WHenever I was emotionally abused I honestly ignored her. I never let her get into my head because she obviously had insecurities and other issues. I agree with dragonheart…she lost her husband and may be afraid that she could lose you too…and may not realizing what she is doing.

i got my cousins i can stay w/ my mom has no idea i talk to them (dads side of family)
and since first time in 3years since my dads been dead i had no contact till their daughter got a myspace account and added me and we just been in touch like tat, and they moved and she picked me up and i visited we talked for a while and they said i can stay w/ them they know my life must be like hell..
