60’s ware they told the people that were part of the study that it was on the connection of punishment and education, but it was really about to what existent will people fallow orders.

I think you are referring to the experiment by Stanley Milgram at Yale University. (Now known as Milgram’s Hypothesis or Milgram’s experiment).
