I feel like my world is closing in on me…

I feel a lingering sadness, like nothigns sitting quite right. I feel trapped. Its been a while since I felt this way but I do again and I dont know where its coming from, or why I feel it now but I do. I just cant feel quite comfortable for the last few days and today its the worst. Im dreading sleep again like I used to as well, which is not good.

its probably the procrastination. when we do this, and im guilty too., we live with regret and used up present moments we cant get back. when we have self-discipline , doing things we dont want to do is when we gain strength and freedom. maybe a good site would be beliefnet.com. they have many faiths, maybe Buddhism will help. let me know what you think and Ill try to help more, if you want

oh and laziness is probably the source of the procrastination. and laziness is a sin-sloth, if you believe in this of course

I dont think its procrastination, im workin pretty hard, harder then i ever used to. And i still get crappy results, which, does upset me. As far as religion I appreciate your offer to take a lot but my atheism is a big part of who I am and I embrace it.

ok, now i know.thanks. as for the results, maybe your focus is on the ‘end result’ too much instead of the journey on the way to the end result and/or you expect too much from yourself?
