BUT:
I once knew a friend who lost 20 lbs. just by not eating junk food after school for a year. Obviously that took a long time, but you can work out after school or learn to eat better food.

I know it’s hard but the best way is to eat less, or eat healthier foods and excercise more. Even just a few times a week at first until your body has adjusted to the recent activity.

you are the only one that can control this, Its all about decisions and turning away from the urges. Just like we gain the weight little by little we lose little by little every time we dont give in and we gain strength by doing this too, strength for the next time. Just practice it and after a while it will become easier. If negative thoughts come to say things like ‘oh well or this is too hard etc..these are lies and must be ignored. Im an over eater and when I do slip and overeat then i make myself do double the exercizes after.
