Screen / Monitor “Out Of Sync” Help

Right so I installed WoW onto my laptop, all working fine, then it loads up, and when i try and click one of the buttons, nothing happens, HOWEVER, when I move my cursor slightly to the side of the button, it lights up as it would if you hover over it with your cursor, i click, it works, but it’s like everything appears to be in one place, but is in another if that makes sense..

What do i do?! :( x
