i didnt awnser now he is telling people we are dating and i dont know what to do he thinks im dating him so im being nice and now he thinks im breaking up with my boyfreind what do i do

This is dumb — are you over 15 — if the answer is yes then go up to him and ask, “did you tell ______ that we are dating?” IF he says yes, appologize, say,” I am sorry I gave you that impression, I am happy with my current boyfriend and I am not looking right now. Thank him and move on.
