Who cares if Obama believes in God? America is the mutt country of the world. Take a look around you and you’ll find so many different kinds of people that you might not even be surprised if less than a third of them believe in God.

sure, why not
A candidate’s faith in a higher power is of no real importantce.
However a candidate’s faith in the people and the nation that they make up is!
Whether believer(insert religion here), agnostic or atheist… you the voter
should remember this is suposed to be a secular nation and that a candidate’s
religious beliefs or lack of should take a back seat. The issues are what are
important.

GObama!!! He’s not Muslim, but even if he were I wouldn’t know how that would make him any more or less qualified to lead. btw, Allah, Yahweh, and God are different names for the same being. Jesus is not God.
I love how a seemingly large number of my fellow Americans say they want a nation run by Christian leaders when most of the democracies with high levels of organic atheism are beating us in several key areas. This doesn’t necessarily imply that atheism causes properity, nor does it necessarily imply that prosperity causes atheism. However, we should be looking at what these countries are doing right to see if we can adopt any changes to improve our own.
