My computer cannot detect my MP4 this time..and the USB port don’t connect properly..what should I do?

I think it’s only a minor problem..and the trouble has something to do w/ the USB port that’s y it won’t work properly..and my computer can’t detect it..My MP4 is
CD-R King SB-128..I’m really new to this stuff..

the problem is my computer can detect other mp3 but cannot detect my father mp4…
there is nothing happen with the USB port…
it works good with other gadget but with my father mp4 not working…
what actually happened ?

hi people i am french and my english is poor ihope u anderstande me.. however …first u have to inject ur mp4 than open it with a Screw u will find two black chipset one for the memory and the other for the bios . u would take the bios (black Square with iron peaces like legs)and connect all the iron legs with a Tong (let ur mp4 connected to ur pc since this opĂ©ration).and it would work because it works to me…

i have a mp4 and everytime i try connecting it to my the computer it wont even read the mp4. befor it used to work perfectly. but now it just does not connect to the cpu and i am using windows 7 and i just dont noo what to doo?? :(
