i am finish now my bs in physics and i have 360 day to learn c++ for grafical purpose and i dont know do i need vc++ or c++
then i haer about opengl and DX so i start confusing now

i feel that i am lost

The biggest difference is that OpenGL is meant to be cross-platform — it is used on Windows,Mac, Linux and even the iPhone — Direct3D is Microsoft specific.

yourabis right, direct3D is microsoft only, and so opensource projects will use open GL. thats the biggest diffrence. its all for drawing stuff on the screen…

c++ … cant you just take a class on that?
