Work problem..
I’m in a ****** situation at work and am so confused and sad.
I am currently working as an HR coordinator in this firm and was offered a job as the CEO’s administrator. I had accepted the offer and had given my previous boss a notice period of 45 days to transfer all my responsibiloties to my reliever. My boss and i had a very good relationship. my transfer had to be approved by our country manager, so my boss had sent an email to me copying our country manager as a proof of official acceptance and confirmation of the transfer to a diff dept from my side. I replied in a very good manner. and then our country manager replied saying “the transfer is approved without any changes been made to the salary package” copying the CEO. i was quite fine with that and thought it was fair enough. but then suddenly the CEO fled into our office and started swearing, yelling and humiliating my boss instead of the country manager thinking that my boss was playing a dirty game with that email. and now my boss thinks that i went to the CEO and complained against her and made a fuss about everything and is now refusing to even talk to me.
the weirdest thing is its not just her who think i’m a ***** but the entire office other than some very few ppl. we all got into a room and started discussing but the CEO continued arguing and yelling at my boss. and my boss started yelling at me…
i am not so good at explaining stuff and i dont know if you guys will understand the post. i hope u do. could someone please tell me what to do on this matter. I want to speak to the boss and clear this off. tell her that i am innocent and that i didnt do anything. do u think i shoud just leave this place and look for a better job. now that i know the CEOs character wat do u think is the best i shud do. how can i convince or talk to my boss abt this and tell her that im innocent..
:(( please reply
