Help please, I need your prayers.
I’m having many financial problems . The irs wants their money back, got a summons for a old bill yesterday and now a electric shut off notice today. As usual when it rains , it pours. Please pray for a miracle and for my stress to be lessened so I can handle this . Thank YOU, Kim

Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
And to top it off the bank is trying to take my money too :/
You have my prayers, God bless you, and keep your head up and pray for the best!
Hang in there, you’re not the only one the IRS is ripping off. I’ll be praying for you.

((( big hug for Felicity )))
Contact them all and offer to pay whatever you can. Don’t panic. In UK, paying part of a debt and discussing repayment options forestalls the processes for a while. It’s worth a shot.
For the electricity people.. shut off every light but the one in the room you are in, cook in the microwave instead of the oven and save as much energy as you can for as long as you can. That’ll help prevent the bill escalating out of control whilst you sort something out.
I don’t know how to help with the IRS other than to offer you this link where you may find something helpful. http://www.usattorneylegalservices.com/
You will always be in my prayers Kim..Stay hoprful, There is always a way out of despair.. Contact your church organizations. They are designed to help those in need. You can set up possible payment arrangements with the IRS. A friend of mine did.
(((((Felicity)))))
You are soooo not alone in this.

Tomorrow is another day.
Lets just hope that it will be brighter!! :o)

Thank you everyone
Thank You.
Thinking of you! Hope some unexpected help comes your way soon!
Felicity, you will be in my thoughts and prayers. I wonder if you could write a letter to your politician who represents you what would happen. Other than that momstheword is right. Pay some of the debts so they see you are trying. You poor lady, you had more than enough suffering for two lifetimes!
You are in my thoughts! *big hugs
I will pray for you.
:)
I am so so sorry,I will pray for you.
awwh im so sorry felicity =(
ill be praying for you. hope everything turns out okay!
xoxoxo
Things will turn around for you…they always do:) May God bless you with his strength and peace:)
You will be in my prayers, Felicity. I hope everything turns out well for you.
Call the IRS, don’t ignore it. They will set you up on a payment program. I know you aren’t even necessarily about to pay that but at least attempt. As long as you are trying you’ll have a lot less trouble….like them showing up at your house for instance. And don’t set up the payment plan with the automated system - actually talk to someone to see if you can get the monthly amount reduced. Good luck.
Sweetie , call the power company and discuss your problem with them. Normally, they will work with you.
You are in my prayers Sweetie!
Would also like to say, many people are in this shape now. So, don’t take it personal. The World situation, especially the financial World, is having a tuff time, but things eventually turn around. Hang in there…
Yes, doglove is right…they have problems also and they are normally very kind and considerate. They will work out a payment program that you can live with…
well i dont pray so i just will wish you good luck with everything ^_^

Prayer for Financial BlessingHeavenly Father, most Gracious and Loving God, I pray to You that You abundantly bless my family and me. I know that you recognize, that a family is more than just a mother, father, sister, brother, husband and wife, but all who believe and trust in you.
GOD, I send up a prayer request for financial blessing for not only the person who sent this to me, but for me and all that I have forwarded this message on to.And that the power of joined prayer by those who believe and trust in you is more powerful than anything! I thank you in advance for your blessings. God, deliver the person reading this right now from debt and debt burdens.
Release your Godly wisdom that I may be a good steward over all that You have given me GOD , for I know how wonderful and mighty you are and how if we just obey You and walk in Your word and have the faith of a mustard seed that You will pour out blessings. I thank You now Lord for the recent blessings I have received and for the blessings yet to come because I know You are not done with me yet. Amen.
Thinking of you - Marie
What a lovely thought. My prayers and hope are with you Kim, you deserve some good news. I hope it comes your way promptly. Hang in there. *hugs*
Hope you get that taken care of.
I dont pray as you know, but I do hope and wish. That this and any other problems you have, will speedilly be resolved.
Felicity
on a post I made last year, I put links to some places that help with bills, etc. You might want to check it out… I think some of them still work.
I’m praying for you! Please just let the stress wash away. See it from a different perspective, allow yourself to feel how you would feel if the problem were solved. If nothing else it will help you relax.
Of course babe,
i will send prayers and nice thoughts your way :)
God bless and look after you
xx
Mums bounces in knowing full well that prayers are answered. Maybe not in a giant spectacular rush of “instant solution”… but in tiny mini-miracles that gather momentum.
;o) ain’t that right Felicity!

It will be fine, this shall blow over. Hang in there Felicity. Prayer sent.
You have my prayers. In spite of what you are going through count your blessings. Wake up every day with thanksgivings. You are to blessed to be stressed.
Don’t post her address, either shout it, or email it to people. I’ll open my email to you.
I agree, that’s why I said don’t post her address, it could really upset her. And anyone could then get hold of it. Better to email. Nice sentiment though.
Here’s another idea which may help:
If people feel uncomfortable donating in this way, perhaps they could do so through a church that already has verified accounts etc? Maybe there is one that would happily and quietly take this on board? A sort of “receiving house” that people who don’t know individuals so well can feel confident with?
We have a little scheme running here, but more for practical help than financial. Appeals for help come in and the group helps with the organisation. Once, we had a family lost their home to creditors. Donations included a storage unit for their stuff for 6 mths… rental on a flat for 6 months… some new toys… cakes… an afternoon of an accountant’s time…and even a cut and blow dry for the mum to help her feel good again.
Most of it is done “on the quiet”. Sometimes beneficiaries never know that their help comes from the group’s work. They just think they’ve had miraculous turn-arounds. We get a lot of “you’ll never guess what .. a neighbour had a voucher for a cut and blow dry she didn’t want and gave it to me!” and a big smile sort of rewards.
It’s just small-scale local Silver. No big thing. Ordinary mums, dads, a couple of students and a buddhist monk! But everyone has connections through their work, churches, university… and that’s how it works.
I guess it just takes one person to get the ball rolling in your community, build your team, and go from there.
It grew out of the “Samaritans” concept in UK. Quiet support, no big banners, no names mentioned wherever possible.

There is a site called wishuponahero (dot) com, and Felicity is registered there, if anyone wants to go there to send help, it is easy to do, and will be appreciated. and I am very anxious to find out more about what Mums… mentioned. So many people need help… and our world… is sooooo cold. This needs to stop. People helping people… is where it is at. And the rewards are endless…. The bible says to give.. and it shall be given, unto you, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, I love that. And if you want to put God to the challange.. just try it. He says in Malachi, to do exactly that. And see if he is not a man of his word. Are you up to the challange?????
I am having a rather hard time of finding her on that wishuponahero. Can you give us a link to her particular page?
It’s really no different to harvest festival. You know when schools and churches and clubs gather up tins of beans and fruit and stuff and redistribute it to an old people’s home or a shelter? Same thing. Find something to support, fish around for the skills and the stuff that might help. Simple as that!
Im sorry for not replying here for a while, still not getting all my e-amils from here. I dont know what to say, all this fuss over me. And I dont know how to work this out :/ maybe put my link to wishuponahero on my profile??
update. I wrote a letter to The Irs so just waitng to see what they have to say then I’ll go from there. I bit the bullet and paid the 300 $ bill so thats out of the way.NOw I have to go to court for a 10 yr old bill. Im going to go to the library or contact a lawyer on the statutes of limitations.
