I have format my computer a dell new module type and

when the formating is complete and files copy is finish, the computer can not load the OS and it keeps on restarting.
Please what can be the problem and the solution of this problem.

Check in your bios and see if it is there. Make sure that it is in the boot sequence and the jumpers are set to master. Hope this helps :-)
