People who make a living making others happy are so often deeply depressed. Makes me very sad. :’(

Now that you say that: I wonder how clowns “clown around” (I mean when they’re “off work” ;)

i think that’s a double-negative, so when clowns clown around they are actually being quiet and introverted in the corner.

People seek happiness and clowns, comedians, etc. provide the medium through which they achieve their goal.

We dont get paid for it though, and I wouldnt be surprised if at least half the helpers werent exactly happy. I know I’m not, but that is not the topic and I dont discuss it.

I like to make people happy though, and I spread my poetic words and knowledge to give all the help I can. :D

yes but when one dedicates great amounts of energy towards helping others, it becomes easy to forget to help oneself.

You completely negated me, and I feel better for it. Thankyou so much. You have honestly opened my eyes. I am often blinded by my own thoughts and it is the virtual slap in the face I needed.

I dont seem to have a real laugh… it is more of a sigh with an upward inflection and the semblance of “ha” incorporated. Sometimes repeated more than once to attain the laughter effect.
