aol help: I have a free aol IM. - Help.com

I have a free aol IM.

Suddenly I’m being ask for password. When I use the only one I have used for a long time, I’m told either the screen name or password is invalid. While trying to reset a password it tells me I’m using the exact one as before. If that is the case why am I’m being told it is invalid. The passweord you gave me works only in AIM not in aol IM. It says I have some emial & I can’t get to them. When I call they repeat my screen name to me, so I know that is right.

I got an email for billing when I have free address Why? Also I keep getting mail for a Leshia usually 5 to 6 per day and this is not me.Why Please help me with my problems. Thank You

Didn’t figure people would do anything about it because I am a free customer I the same as you have other things to do with my day All I can say I owe you nothing and if this is in error I guess you will bother to let me know but maybe you should check your records as to why I am being billed and also getting mail that does not belong to me maybe you people make a few errors of your own
