i’m sick

i have a strange chest pain that make me not to breath well and occurs frequently, i eat chalk, powder, raw rice, and anything that enters my mouth. no, i do not have down syndrome but here’s the worst part:
any time something bad, mostly, wants to happen, my heart beats rapidly and my mind repeats the person involved in it,i can’t control my mind, i can’t see well sometimes and i have dreams that come to pass. am i normal? i can interpret things to you and it’s either the come to pass, mostly or not.

You have a vitamin deficiency. That is why you have these cravings. You need a full medical checkup. I think you may also be suffering from anxiety or panic attacks. Tell the doc. You may get some meds to help in the short term. You must see the doctor, OK?

I’m guessing an iron deficiency, but it could be something else. But a vitamin or mineral deficiency is almost always behind cravings for dirt and other substances.
