I started learning spanish in college this year and

have to do a project on El Salvador, not about population and geographic, but on a particular popular hobby or dish or something along that lines. It has to be something I can make and serve or teach the class how to make. I have looked all over the web and the only dish I can find is rice and beans. Rice and beans are not going to get me an A grade, which I desperately need. If you have any suggestions or even website you may know of please help me, I’m at a total loss for this project. Thanks

I don’t trust anything of wikipedia and it was 4 in the morning so I doubt very hard.
