What could be causing my lower-back pain?

The muscles near my tailbone are tense and achy. The pain’s at its worst while I’m sitting at my desk–which is often. I haven’t been in an accident or anything lately, so I’m wondering…What kind of factors could be contributing to this?

A lot of people have lower back pain because they have big fat guts. I’m not trying to be rude, but if your belly hangs over your belt, look no further for the source of the pain.

It’s your Psoas muscle in your lower back from bad posture.
