I’ve had to go to the doctor and have it sliced open and drained. It was not too fun since it was in my armpit and I also had a cute doctor and hadn’t been able to shave my underarms because the boil made it hurt to much. All better now though :) And clean shaven too!

Just dont try to pop it, i heard this can cause problems. There is medicine that may help ,IDK. but the most you could probably do is put a hot cloth on it to get it to pop on its own. NOt too hot to burn your skin though.and to avoid them ,eat better foods.

if boil shows up again, you might want to try this home remedy. Take the peel of a tomato, oval shaped, heat it up in microwave and put on top of boil. Repeat until it heads and it will pop on it’s own. I know it a weird way. Or, go to dermatologist to burn root of boil.

You can get rid of a bowel by putting a hot/warm wash cloth on it and holding it there for awhile, I’m sorry but I dont actually know how long this takes to make it go away.
I read your meant to hold the cloth there for 20-30 minutes, but i heard from some eles who had one, and they said you just hold it there till it get’s cold/warm (Deepending on how hot it was to begin with) I hope this post helps. Sorry I couldnt answer your full question.

If you have a boil you should go to the doctor. Even after it drains they have to make sure the infection is out because if the hole closes when there is still pus inside it will just come back. The doctor packs the hole with gauze so it doesn’t close. I have one on my butt and it popped on its own but after that it wasn’t going away. So i went to the doctor and they have been packing it everyday once a day untill they say it is safe to heal and close. Depending on the size of the hole and how deep it is it could take 1 to 2 weeks. The doctor told me mine isn’t as bad as other ones he has seen but it will still take about 2 weeks of packing it everyday for it to heal.

I have had boils for 5 years first they appeared between my thighs and then they started to appear under my arms and I have had one on my private area and on my hip I have been to the doctor alot of times and I have also been to a dermatologist they have put me in antibiotics but I still have them but the doctor said if these last antibiotics don’t work they are going to put me to sleep and go and cut the core out of all of them so they won’t come back they are very very painful and embarrassing I have to always watch how I sit so no one sees them I hate them and I have always wished they would jus go away
