Help please I can’t control my mind

I can’t control my mind and I’m having destructive thoughts that I don’t want! All I want is peace and quiet in my mind so I can enjoy fresh air outside without feeling like I’m going to explode. At this point I really want to just blow up and end all this agony.

As of right now I think you just need something to distract you! I’m glad you took the step to ask for help and not just let the thoughts overpower you. First off, breathe, try not to panic. Breath slowly, close your eyes and listen to calming music. Classical is fine, or a soothing or fun band that you like. When the thoughts come, just try to drown them out with your own calmness. Have you tried talking to anyone about these thoughts? If not I think you should highly consider it.

It helps to talk out your problems sometimes, and get feed back from others. I know when things become over whelming it’s hard to think clearly. How long have you been feeling this way? Would like to help if I can. When all is so out of control, reach out to people who care. Feelings of despair can and will clog your judgment. There is always hope at the end of the tunnel, if you just seek it out.

This may seem kind of strange to anyone besides me but my only friends are fictional (well, I don’t think they’re fictional) and every time I try to get help from them I always end up hurting them real bad, sometimes even killing them. Thus, the only way for me to cope with it is to banish myself from them.

If you’re not making this up you need to check into a hospital immediately.

That’s pretty harsh, don’t you think? But if you’re serious, then can you give me an example of the kind of place that can correct my disorientation?

You should go to your city or county mental health center and tell them about your destructive thoughts and these things you’re seeing.
