I have been battling with the fact that im fat.
I get depressed cos of it and would end up eating comfort food to fight depression. Well, i tried to lose weight and i did! It didnt last long before i get upset over something else…and i started eating more and gained the weight back again….im stuck in theis cycle and now im heavy again.
N to make things worse, i was told that im a bad dresser cos i dont wear nice clothes! BUT, im fat..and it is hard to buy nice clothes! pls help, what should i do??

I eat only 2 slices of bread, 1 cup of milk, 1 boiled egg for the whole day!! If you can eat this only, you can easily lose weight like I am losing.

Try this site. This site gave me very strong information about losing weight. They tell you how many calories you should gain or lose per day to lose/gain weight. You can choose the weight yourself. I chose to lose 4.4 lbs per week. They gave my the calories of 750 per day. And I really lost this weight in 1 week. They also tell how much calories a food contains and how many calories are lost by an exercise.
Since you use food as an escape from depression, you should take up some sort of physical exercise. Exercise not only will help you shift unwanted weight, but makes you feel good about yourself and releases a hormones called endorphins that make you happy. I suggest that you take up a martial art, because it gives you self-dicipline and will power (to help you stay away from food), it is a mojor confidence boost and will tone up your body in a fun and exciting way. It is also great to know that you can defend yourself. Try to take up a martial art that also encompasses Tai Chi or Qui Gong, which are breathing exercises that help you calm yourself and stop depression. I practise the martial art of Shaolin Kung fu, maybe you should look into it :)
As for your diet, just try to cut back on crisps, chocolate and fatty foods and eat moderate portions of well-balanced meals. This will help you lose weight in a healthy way rather than using crash diets or starving yourself, as these can really harm your body.

The funny thing is that the person that said that my dressing sucks….doesnt really dress as nice as i tot…i dont think its even nice. I can do better after i lose all these weight!
If you want to lose weight right, you need to go to a nutritionist or a doctor that specializes in dietary medicine. Cheapest thing would be to go to a gym, they have monthly memberships, everything you’ll need, and most include nutritionists.
From the sounds of it…you really don’t have a problem losing weight. You’d mentioned you lost weight, but gained it again when something went wrong. I’d say instead of finding an alternative to your eating habits per say, you should find an alternative for when you’re depressed.
Exercise is a good way to burn off frustration, as far as depression, writing helps a lot. You can eat healthy and still have the foods you want. Losing weight isn’t about depriving yourself of things, it’s about controlling when and how much.
and FYI…people who like to slam others for the way they dress…they’re usually shallow people and most others hate them. If not openly, then secretly.

They are about 2 weight watchers points which means they aren’t too bad. but it depends what you put in it
